The setting was STUNNING, just next door to city center and public transport. The staff there were attentive and excellent co-operating.

Reasonably spacious & clean hotel, superb service, magnificent location to the glacier at the top of Kitzsteinhorn mountain. Neat and new-fashioned room with an exceptional view on lake from the window. Location next to a taxi, the ski lift, and the lake plus the restaurant.

Nice and spectacular location to up all three of the Gondolas, easy to get around. Also - near to the glacier and the lake and the city and Zell am See.

Well, it was a pleasant stay for holiday. Loved the double room, it was cool the time we came in. The location was spectacular, for example, Spielplatz Thumersbach was relatively close to the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

This hotel is in a great spot for exploring everything! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the room is modern and clean. I also love that there's a shuttle service to the ski lift.

Everything was modern, so were spectacular views of the lake. The location was nice, next to parks and mountains. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very friendly and excellent.

I enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. My room included a mini bar, central heating and an individual safe. The staff was lovely friendly and gave me recommendations. It was in a magnificent and lovely location with nice views over lake. This property was in a really cute area. The restaurant was great, I ordered creative dishes.

It's great looking hotel at a good price. The breakfast is reasonably good and excellent, and the location is amazing adjacent to a beautiful lake with stunning views, great food and above all excellent friendly and helpful staff throughout the property, and Kaprun and Saalbach.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing. The room was comfortable, modern, and cozy. The location was great, being on the quieter side of the lake and offering breathtaking views. The staff treated us with exceptional kindness and helpfulness.
